All orders over $25 ship free by express courier. For orders under $25 there is a $4.85 charge for shipping via courier or $8.89 for rural (remote) deliveries.

For personalised cards you can choose either $2 economy post or upgrade to courier delivery if urgent.

For courier deliveries: You can expect orders to arrive within 2 working days. Please allow an extra working day for rural delivery.

For economy NZ Post (stamped mail): delivery can take up to 10 business days. NZ Post aims to deliver 95% of mail in 3 working days but please note that regular mail is delivered every second day. For urgent deliveries please use the courier option. If you are not sure please get in touch. More information on NZ Post can be found here.

We will dispatch your order no later than the following business day after your order has been placed. Please keep in mind NZ's time zone, your morning may be our evening 😊 We have all cards in stock unless there is a sold out note in which case you can contact us by email and we can let you know when they will be back in stock.

If there is a NZ public holiday, please allow an extra day or two. You can always check to see how your order is going by emailing us at hello@thepaperpeople.co.nz. We will email you a confirmation and tracking number once your order has been shipped.

If you require urgent delivery, or would like to discuss shipping options please get in touch.

Please keep in mind that we do not have complete control over your deliveries especially if they are sent via standard post. We can ring and make enquiries with the courier service we use but we have no way of tracking cards sent with a stamp.

Sorry, international shipping is not currently possible. You can still place orders from outside of NZ for delivery within New Zealand.

HOW CAN I FIND OUT THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You can always check to see how your order is going by emailing us at hello@thepaperpeople.co.nz. If you order has been sent by courier will we email you a tracking number when dispatching your order.
